4.1 If You believe that any content on the Platform infringes Your copyright, You may submit a complaint containing:

• Your name and contact details
• Description of copyrighted work
• URL/location of infringing content
• Proof of ownership
• Declaration of good faith

4.2 Upon receiving a valid complaint, the Company may:

• Remove or disable access to such content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Take further legal action

4.3 The Company reserves the right to act without prior notice.

Users or Vendors found repeatedly violating copyright may:

• Have their accounts suspended or terminated
• Be permanently restricted from the Platform

The Company reserves the right to:

• Remove any content at its sole discretion
• Modify or reuse user-uploaded content
• Use content for marketing, advertising, and promotional activities

The Platform may contain third-party content.

The Company:

• Does not guarantee ownership of such content
• Shall not be liable for third-party infringement

The Company shall not be liable for:

• User-uploaded content
• Copyright violations by users or vendors
• Damages arising from content removal

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against:

• Claims arising from copyright infringement
• Misuse of content
• Violation of intellectual property laws

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
