Terms of Service

Sylonow is a technology intermediary marketplace facilitating connections between users and vendors. The Company does not own, control, or provide the services listed.

Any agreement is strictly between User and Vendor. The Company is not a party to such agreements.

Users must be 18 years or older and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and OTP access.

The Company is not liable for unauthorized access, SIM swap fraud, or OTP misuse.

Payments are processed via third-party providers. Vendors are responsible for service delivery, quality, pricing, availability, and fulfillment.

The Company may suspend or remove vendors, listings, or user access where required for safety, compliance, or platform integrity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, reputation, or vendor service failures.

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse, policy violations, or disputes connected to your use of the platform.

Disputes shall be governed by Indian law and resolved in Bangalore, Karnataka.
