This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all bookings and service requests made through the Sylonow platform (“Platform”) operated by Sylonow Vision Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By making any booking on the Platform, You agree to this Policy.

1.1 All bookings made on the Platform are:

FINAL AND NON-CANCELLABLE

1.2 Once a booking is confirmed:

• It cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed
• No cancellation requests shall be entertained

2.1 Users shall not be entitled to cancel any booking after confirmation.

2.2 Failure to utilize a booked service shall NOT:

• Qualify for cancellation
• Result in any refund or credit

3.1 In case of issues such as:

• Vendor delay
• Vendor non-performance
• Service dissatisfaction

Users must directly coordinate with the Vendor.

3.2 The Company:

• Is not responsible for service execution
• Does not guarantee resolution
• Has no obligation to process cancellations

4.1 The Company acts solely as an intermediary platform.

4.2 The Company:

• Does not control vendors
• Does not manage service delivery
• Shall not be liable for cancellations

5.1 In exceptional cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

• Facilitate communication between User and Vendor
• Provide limited assistance

5.2 Such actions:

• Are not guaranteed
• Do not create any obligation
• Shall not be treated as precedent

6.1 No cancellations shall be allowed due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic or emergency situations
• Events beyond control of the Company

7.1 Cancellation is directly linked with refund policy.

7.2 Since cancellations are not permitted:

• No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances

By making a booking, You:

• Confirm that You understand this is a non-cancellable service
• Accept full responsibility for the booking
• Waive any right to cancellation claims

The Company reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.
