4. Vendor Responsibility
4.1 All services are delivered by independent vendors.
4.2 Any concerns related to:
- Service quality
- Non-performance
- Delays
must be resolved directly between User and Vendor.
4.3 The Company is not obligated to intervene in such disputes.
5. Exception (Limited & Discretionary)
5.1 In rare and exceptional circumstances, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- Facilitate communication
- Provide partial credits or adjustments
5.2 Such actions:
- Are not guaranteed
- Do not create any obligation
- Shall not be treated as precedent
6. Payment Failures
6.1 In case of failed transactions where:
- Payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed
Users must contact the payment provider.

- Shall not be liable for banking or gateway delays
- May assist in coordination without liability
7. Chargebacks & Disputes

without contacting the Company first.

- Recover losses and associated costs
