Vendor Terms & Agreement

This Agreement is between Sylonow Vision Private Limited (“Company”) and the Vendor (“You”).

By registering, You agree to all terms.

Sylonow is a technology intermediary.

• Does NOT provide services
• Does NOT control vendors
• Is NOT liable for service outcomes

Vendor is an independent entity.

No:

• Employment
• Partnership
• Agency relationship

Vendor must:

• Provide accurate details
• Deliver services professionally
• Maintain quality standards
• Comply with all laws

Leads are:

• Shared with multiple vendors
• Algorithmically distributed

Sylonow does NOT guarantee:

• Conversion
• Revenue

Plans are prepaid and non-refundable:

• INR 199 - 10 leads
• INR 599 - 35 leads
• INR 999 - 65 leads

Unused leads expire based on plan validity.

Vendors retain 100% of earnings.

Platform charges only subscription fees.

Vendor SHALL NOT:

• Take leads offline
• Bypass platform

If violated:

• Full commission deemed payable
• Account termination
• Legal recovery of losses

Vendor must:

• Respond promptly
• Maintain professionalism
• Avoid harassment/spam

Vendor is fully responsible for:

• Service quality
• Execution
• Safety

Company has ZERO liability.

• Vendor handles service payments
• Platform is not liable for disputes

Vendor must cooperate.

Company may:

• Suspend vendor
• Penalize performance

Company may:

• Rank vendors
• Limit leads
• Restrict access

Company may suspend or terminate:

• Without notice
• For any violation

Vendor shall not:

• Misuse Sylonow brand
• Claim affiliation

Company shall NOT be liable for:

• Vendor losses
• Missed business
• Customer disputes

Max liability: INR 1,000

Vendor agrees to indemnify Company against:

• Claims
• Losses
• Legal actions

Company not liable for:

• Network issues
• System downtime
• External events

Jurisdiction: Bangalore, Karnataka

Terms may change anytime.

Continued use = acceptance.
